Background
The inspiration for starting Aliza Homecare LLC stems from my personal experience with a health challenge that abruptly prevented me from working. Finding myself suddenly unable to continue my routines, I transitioned from being a provider of care to being a recipient. This shift gave me a unique perspective on both sides of caregiving.
Development and Challenges
During this period, I received immense support from my family, friends and community, which I deeply appreciated. However, I also witnessed the significant strain it placed on my family. They had to rearrange their work schedules to help with meal preparation, transportation for errands and medical appointments, and daily household chores. Seeing the adjustments and sacrifices they made highlighted the challenges families face when caring for a loved one.
Reflection and Mission
This experience made me reflect on the many individuals who are navigating similar circumstances—whether due to a health challenge, aging, or injury. It became clear to me how important it is to have accessible, compassionate support, not only for those receiving care but also for their families. This realization led to the founding of Aliza Homecare LLC, with the purpose of easing those pressures and providing reliable, personalized care for seniors.
